Using this website
By using this website you accept these terms. You may use it to find out about our services and to send us an enquiry. Please do not misuse it: do not try to break its security, send malicious files or send automated requests through the forms.
The information on this website
The information here is general and is not advice for your property. Prices are "from" prices, have no VAT to add and are confirmed in a fixed quote after we check your property's constraints. Council application fees are paid to the council separately. Planning and building control decisions are made by the council or building control body, so we cannot promise an approval or a decision date.
The sample drawings are illustrative sheets drawn for this website, not client work, and are not for construction. The 3D models are illustrative too: they show how a drawing set is built up, not your house.
Our services
These terms cover the website only. When you instruct us, our fee proposal and terms of appointment set out the work, the fee and both sides' obligations.
Intellectual property
The text, drawings, models, logos and design of this website belong to Property Architecture Ltd or its licensors. Photographs are used under the Pexels and Unsplash licences and are credited in the footer. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.
Links to other websites
We link to other websites, including public bodies and the legislation we cite. We are not responsible for their content.
Our liability
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or always available. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
